The Social Security Administration has been moving towards use of more video hearings by video teleconferencing instead of hearings where its claimant appears personally before the Administrative Law Judge. There are pluses and minuses to each, which we will discuss with you. My estimate is that there is a particularly high percentage of video conference hearings for the hearing sites in Bismarck, Minot and Grand Forks, North Dakota as well as for Alexandria and Bemidji, Minnesota.
