Tony Ficek
Attorney
Attorney Representing Social Security Disability claimants for over 10 years, representing thousands of claimants. Tony Ficek grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Fargo North High School. He attended the University of Minnesota for his bachelor’s degree and obtained a J.D. from Mitchell Law School. After law school, Tony practiced Social Security Disability Law in Minneapolis, MN. He moved back to Fargo to be closer to family and to take on a position as an associate attorney at another law firm. Tony joined Ficek Law in 2017 and began practicing as an associate with his father, Gary Ficek.
DeeAnn Lamm
Paralegal/Office Manager
DeeAnn assists new clients with applications, requests for reconsideration, and requests for hearings. DeeAnn brings over twenty years of passionate customer service experience with a knack for resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations. She has a desire to ensure each client has resolutions to their questions and builds lasting relationships. DeeAnn is committed to ensuring every customer interaction is with a helpful and caring approach.
Rhea “Nikki” Hidalgo
Paralegal Intake Specialist
Rhea “Nikki” is the primary point of contact for prospective clients. She understands the Social Security process is complex and utilizes her expertise to answer questions about the process. Before joining Ficek Law, she worked for the state of Louisiana Department of Health as a Medicaid caseworker specializing in long-term care and assisting disabled constituents for over 11 years.
Mariah Strum
Paralegal, Disability Case Manager
Mariah is our client’s primary point of contact. She assists clients with daily activity reports, work history reports, and questions about the Social Security Disability process. Before working at Ficek Law, Mariah was a leasing agent and office manager. She has a strong background in client relations and administrative operations. She has been recognized for her strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and customer service in both property and office settings.
