She understands the social security process is complex and utilizes her expertise to answer questions about the process. Prior to joining Ficek Law, Ashley was an IRA specialist, a fraud specialist and a certified nurse assistant.
Rachel M., Paralegal, Disability Case Manager
As a disability case manager, Rachel is our client’s primary point of contact. She assists clients with daily activity reports, work history reports, and questions about the Social Security Disability process. Before working at Ficek Law, she worked at Noridian. She has experience in a call center as a customer service representative.
Maureen G., Paralegal, Medical Records Specialist
Maureen gathers medical records and information for clients. Prior to joining Ficek Law, Maureen worked as a paralegal. In her prior position she assisted attorneys with gathering medical records, calendaring, drafting pleadings, and reviewing scheduling orders.
