Ashley is our legal intake specialist. She is the primary point of contact for prospective clients. She understands the social security process is complex and utilizes her expertise to answer questions about the process. Prior to joining Ficek Law, Ashley was an IRA specialist, a fraud specialist and a certified nurse assistant.
John C., Disability Case Manager
As a disability case manager, John is the primary point of contact for current clients. He assists clients with daily activity reports, work history reports, appeals, and questions about the social security process. John brings a wide range of experience to this role. He has experience as a workers compensation claim adjuster and as an insurance claim adjuster.
Maureen G., Paralegal, Medical Records Specialist
Maureen gathers medical records and information for clients. Prior to joining Ficek Law, Maureen worked as a paralegal. In her prior position she assisted attorneys with gathering medical records, calendaring, drafting pleadings, and reviewing scheduling orders.
